The Reverend Nicole Garcia, M.A., LPC, is the first queer transgender Latine ordained in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). She is currently “on-leave-from-call” after resigning her call as a mission development pastor for a church in Boulder, Colorado. Nicole is also a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado and works as a therapist and clinical supervisor with the Umbrella Collective.
