This CLGS Lavender Lunch conversation featured Rev. Dr. Roland Stringfellow who discussed his work with the Michigan LGBTQ+ Elders Network (MiGen). MiGen is a community organization that supports LGBTQ+ adults aged 45+ and those who care for them through programs, services, and social connections. Roland also explored with us his ministry of guiding older adults through long-term care and support options, centering each person’s goals and values.

Roland holds degrees from Indiana University, Grace Theological Seminary, and Pacific School of Religion, and was ordained with the Metropolitan Community Church in 2005.
