This CLGS Latinx Roundtable Event explores the intersections of Latinidad, indigenous heritage, and Christian spirituality. Christianity has a lot to learn from our indigenous heritage!
In this presentation, we will learn key components of indigenous spirituality that might help inform our faith and help us make better sense of our spiritual journey. Through a blend of historical insight and contemporary analysis, the lecture will highlight stories of resilience, adaptation, and transformation within Latin communities. Reclaiming this heritage is key as we continue to develop our Latinx identity in light of our historical and cultural contexts.
