Professor MT (Maria Teresa) Dávila, PhD, is Associate Professor of Practice, Religious and Theological Studies at Merrimack College in Andover, Massachusetts. A Roman Catholic laywoman, Dr. Davila MT is known globally for her work in Catholic theological ethics.
Professor Dávila teaches, mentors, preaches, and writes in the areas of public theology; migrant and racial justice; the use of force; and social justice from the lens of the preferential option for the poor.
